Exact Accounting Services, Inc. is an American based privately held accounting software consulting company headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia founded in June of 2001 by the entrepreneurial husband and wife team of Tami and Steven Cohen.

Exact Accounting Services specializes in offering personalized QuickBooks value-added services for small businesses with QuickBooks challenges such as problem books (books that are a mess and won't balance), offering personalized 1-On-1 training for busy entrepreneurs and setting up and customizing QuickBooks for startups or anyone switching over from a checkbook/spreadsheet program to QuickBooks. Exact Accounting Services also specializes in helping non-profit organizations with QuickBooks.

Our philosophy is quite simple, when it comes to accounting, we want to make it as easy and painless for our clients as possible. TAMI COHEN
Director of Accounting

Tami Cohen is the Director of Accounting and co-founder of Exact Accounting Services Inc. with over 20 years of accounting and small business experience. Tami is highly proficient in QuickBooks and has acquired the select/preferred status of QuickBooks Solutions Specialist.

Tami works with small businesses of all types providing a variety of specialized accounting technology solutions to save clients time, aggravation and money.

Tami has a bachelor degree in business administration with a major in accounting from California State University, Northridge, Calif.

STEVEN COHEN
CEO/President

Steven Cohen is CEO/President and co-founder of Exact Accounting Services Inc. with over 20 years of technology and small business experience.

Steven's background is in technology and marketing and runs the day to day operations of Exact Accounting.

Steven has a bachelor degree in television, film and video production from Columbia College in Los Angeles, Calif. majoring in producing. Steven also has a technical degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute in Los Angeles, Calif. majoring in Computer Aided Design software.

DAKOTA (A.K.A. Fur Face)
Company Mascot - Siberian Husky Extraordinaire!

You may or may not recognize Dakota from our postcards. We rescued this amazing dog from the Humane Society seven years ago. Dakota had heartworm, ticks, was malnourished, neglected and was scheduled to be destroyed in a few days. Despite it all, his beauty, gentleness and good nature stood out. We saw immediately how special this dog was, adopted Dakota and nursed him back to health. As you can tell by this photo, this is one beautiful dog inside and out.
 

LADY (A.K.A. Love Bug)

Well, we did it again and rescued another dog, Lady! Lady was headed for the pound where she was immediately going to be put down. We weren't going to let that happen so we fostered Lady for a no kill shelter named C.A.R.L. (Companion Animal Rescue League) and shortly thereafter decided to adopt her. Lady is an Aussie Shepherd mix and likes to herd everyone including Dakota. Lady is a sweet and loving dog who always has lots of kisses for everyone.
