A - All Exact Accounting’s QuickBooks services are delivered through the Internet via secure remote access screen sharing. We only have two requirements for secure remote access:

1. You must have a high speed Internet connection in order for secure remote access to work. High-speed Internet connections would include DSL, Cable or a T1 line but not dialup or slow satellite connections.
2. You must also be in the 50 United States.

All our services are through a secure Internet connection. We can only gain access to your QuickBooks with your permission. A unique session ID is generated only one time and is good only for that session. Once the session is over the session ID is deleted.

During your live QuickBooks session a QuickBooks Specialist will work with you in your QuickBooks program by way of secure remote access screen sharing. Your QuickBooks Specialist will also be talking directly to you over the phone during your session.
